Ali's Mustard Dip

Ingredients

½ C Dijon mustard
2 Sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
½ C Low fat Greek yogurt 
1 Shallot diced
1 T Fresh lemon juice
1 Garlic clove
Salt, Pepper

Directions
Combine mustard and yogurt into a mixing bowl. Using a small hand held grater, grate the shallot and garlic into the dip. Grating helps release the flavor and works to get the garlic and onion flavor throughout the dip. Add salt, pepper,and rosemary and mix well. Finally add 1 T of fresh lemon juice (the citrus adds a nice brightness). Mix, taste and adjust seasoning according. 

Serve with a yummy meat and cheese plate.
