This is great with our Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp recipe, or a nice addition to simple shrimp cocktail. It's best to make this sauce a day in advance so the flavors have a chance to meld.
Ingredients
¾ C Ketchup
1 Jalapeño finely diced (seeds removed)
¼ C Grated red onion (use a large grater)
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
¼ C Fresh grated horseradish
1 tsp Salt
1 T Sriracha or other chili sauce
Directions
Add everything to a bowl and mix. Taste and add more salt and/or lemon juice as needed. Chill and preferably let rest overnight. Stir again before serving.
